Powerhouse Riga Production Plant FLEX project is a biomass boilerhouse developed in Riga with an installed total energy output of 52 MW. The project is being developed in 2 stages - the first stage includes developing the technical project, construction and commissioning of a 15 MW powerplant; the second stage - developing the technical project and receiving a construction permit for a 37 MW power plant.

Investors are offered to invest for 12 months while the project is being packaged for sale to a strategic equity investor.
