The current investment opportunity offers CROWDESTOR investors a loan to SIA KF Grupa with a term of 18 months and interest of 25% p.a. that is paid monthly; the loan principal is paid monthly in similar installments from the 6th month. The financing target in this round is EUR 50 000.
The company mainly realizes public and municipal projects and actively participates in procurements. The company takes part in big procurement projects as a subcontractor. The company realizes private projects as well. The company needs additional funds to renew its technical capacity before the season starts.
The future business goals are to develop a technical park and engineering potential to strengthen its position in the Latvian market as a stable road construction company. To improve competitiveness and ensure the continuity of work, SIA KF Grupa considers the possibilities to provide a wider range of services related to road construction - construction of utilities civil construction, to establish its own network of mineral mines and quarries.
