The current investment opportunity offers CROWDESTOR investors to make a loan to SIA AB Projekti with a term of 12 months and interest of 21% p.a. paid at the end of the loan term. The financing target is EUR 45,000.
Funds will be used partly to refinance project CRP-2346; part will be repaid by the borrower.
The borrower has followed the payment schedule in a timely manner: interest payments have been paid according to the plan.
At the moment, the company realizes several projects (doing renovation and construction works) that were put on a pause due to the COVID-19 restrictions. Is expected that the company will stabilize companies cash flow in the next 6 month. Construction generally begins to ramp up in springtime, especially for commercial construction, where SIA AB Projekti mainly operates.
At the moment, SIA AB Projekti works on several different sites, and the company's capacity is fully planned and loaded for 2Q21 and 3Q21.
