The loan is secured with a personal guarantee from the company shareholder.

About the Borrower

The company MAINEKS OÜ was established in 2018 and is operating in the field of the apartment building renovation. During its operation time, the company has already renovated various apartment buildings both in Estonia and Finland, establishing long term relationships with clients such as SRT Rakennus OÜ, Asiamaster OÜ, Espoon Elementti OÜ, etc. Currently, MAINEKS OÜ employs 10-15 men, depending on the project size. The borrower is looking for funding to finance operational costs incurred during the project of renovation of an apartment building.
