Current investment opportunity offers to make a loan with 21 % annual interest rate with monthly interest payment and principal amount repayment after three months. Minimum target to be raised in this fundraising phase is EUR 10 000,00 and the maximum target is EUR 65 000,00. 

Security provided

The loan is secured with a personal guarantee from both owners of the company.  

Fund usage

Loan will be used to purchase bathroom equipment directly from producer to gain lower prices on quantity and minimize costs. It will be purchased for the current construction project of the company at Lauvas street 1, Riga, for customer 1 Home Group AS Latvian branch.

SIA ”M&S GRĪDAS” was founded in 2007 by Sandis Hermanis and Mārtiņš Vītols, experienced carpenters and woodworking masters, as a company with main activity wooden floor laying, restoration and decorating. The company has been successfully working on the market for 12 years with turnover 1,3 million in 2018 and in 2019 with turnover of 0,9 million euros. The company has received the "Company recommended" certificate and has currently 23 employees. 

Since 2009, the company began working on the general construction works. From the beginning those were mainly indoor decoration and construction of private houses. In 2009 the company began cooperation with experienced real estate developer SIA "Interhaus" and has built successful cooperation since then, including construction of the project "Villa 21" located at Bulduru prospekts 21, Jurmala. 

Since 2014, the company has been making decoration works (mainly parquet works) outside of Latvia, in Russia, Croatia and Germany. Earlier this year two projects have been approved in Germany and scheduled to be performed later this year.

Major clients are Interhaus, VBH, MBC, Tele2 SSC, Kuldīga Municipality, and a large number of private customers, both domestic and international.

OPPORTUNITY TO GROW

Loan will be used to purchase bathroom equipment directly from producer to gain lower prices on quantity and minimize costs. It will be purchased for the current construction project of the company at Lauvas street 1, Riga, for customer 1 Home Group AS Latvian branch.  

This equipment from producer is available on the basis of full prepayment and with delivery time up to one or two weeks, it has been already produced and is ready for delivery. When delivered on the object and presented to the customer equipment will be paid by the customer the same month accordingly.
